We've been told that Sunday is supposed to be our day of rest each week, but it is a pretty full day when you're in a bishopric. Here is a look at my typical Sunday:
7:30 Bishopric Prayer Meeting
8:00 Meet with Auxiliaries
9:00 Bishopric Correlation Meeting
9:30 Ward Council
11:00 Church
2:00 Interviews/Finances
3:00 Wrap Up Bishopric Meeting
Usually I'm home sometime between 3 and 4 to spend time with my family and rest. Unless there's home teaching, a fireside, visits to the members, or a setting apart. I think I actually get less rest on Sunday than just about any other day of the week. I need a nap.
